Actually - landing the last thing you learn in your flight lessons.
Had my first lesson a year or so ago (was a bday present, after which my now fiancé also proposed on the freezing tarmac!).
To extremely over-simplify the process, first you start with pre-flight checks, to familiarize yourself with the plane, mechanics and instruments, etc (though you initially learn by sight rather than relying on instruments, so you learn to ‘feel’ the aircraft). Then you start with basic maneuvers - ascending and descending turns, maintaining speed and elevation during maneuvers, adjusting for drag, angle of attack (angle of the plane - like the nose up angle you saw as the planes land on their rear wheels), etc. Then comes Slow Flight - doing all those familiar maneuvers while flying only a few knots above stall speed, as this is basically what you’re doing when you come in to land. Then you learn your approaches to a runway, descent, eyeballing your distance and angle to the runway…and then they finally let you land the plane. Up to this point, your flight instructor will allow you to keep your hands on the yoke, feet on the rudder pedals and ‘feel’ the landing, but they’re actually doing it.
Haven’t had a flight lesson in a while, but hopefully I’ll end up an instructor someday. 🤓
But first - maybe you were wearing fishnets and a dress because you wanted to? Besides, the only reason why there'd be anything "wrong" with wearing women's clothing is if there's something wrong with women.
After all, it logically follows that if a man is "less of a man" for wearing women's clothes, then women are less than men. If men and women were equal then we could all wear whatever clothes we wanted. We wouldn't need to classify literally every aspect of society as gender binary if the two (recognized) genders are equal. Boy colors, girl colors, boy stuff, girl stuff, boys clothes, girls clothes, etc. ad nauseam.
You would fucking rock fishnets, they were made for those long, muscular legs. ❤️

Only thing you need to know about aviation is to sit at the back of the plane......after all you don't hear of aeroplanes reversing into mountains.
