You getting excited about a rope swing, acorns, and then conkers all while trying to stay on topic is so relatable and entirely irritating for my other half when it’s me getting distracted.

Really enjoyed this today. Thanks Dan. Maybe you could upload a photo of your twin conkers? Hopefully they have been taken home to challenge your children to a game?

Found this but had missed your statements regarding the death of Elizabeth 2 was away and found it quite nice to remember her long life as I am so familiar with her and communicated successfully with her (as i have with you)’. Magazine stories as a child as well as vague stories about my being royalty. She sent a photo of herself with her husband to my pen friend of many years ( you sent her your signed Plantagenet’ s book when friend June fell fracturing her pelvis and also got Covid) All my life I was kept overly curious about all things British! Such gracious generous people, such a grand history, such lovely memories of my many BritRsil Pass trips from as far north as Perth and Orkney and multiple Cunard sailings into Southampton .

South to Osborne well as far East as Eastbourne an port crossings to

France and West as the Atlantic in all seasons and multiple visits to Wales, Scotland and Ireland to see where the Titanic was cfsated

Received my copy of Essex Dogs and the experience of unwrapping the book was quite extraordinary and filled with much anticipation. It is a beautiful book and I can’t wait to read it. My hat is off to you and The Broken Binding!

I listened whilst eating Wotsits Crunchy for breakfast and working on boring spreadsheets for another department. (Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE spreadsheets but this task is boring) So it was great to have you to listen to, thanks.
