As I watch the importance and value of history evaporate here in the US, I can say to you that my wish for you -is that this gives you that same sense of your value to the history community at large. Congratulations! Thanks goes to you. This 67 year old wishes you had been around when I was in college. Your way of making history come alive and feel relevant in ours lives today would probably have sent me in a different direction of study. Grateful to have you writing now.
