Ok, I’m sitting in an exquisite lounge in a beautiful Portuguese palace set in a forest surrounded by beautiful antiques listening to this , laughing my ass off and having a bunch of tourists stare at me like WTF! And of course I’m loving it. Totally appropriate, no? Hilarious History! Thanks boss. This is great. Abrigado
I quite like Streiff, the war horse Gustavus Adolphus - or as us Swedes know him, Gustav II Adolf - rode when he was killed at the battle of Lützen in 1632. Streiff - a stuffed version of him - is on display at Livrustkammaren in Stockholm.
I think you could give David Attenborough a run for his money with the description of the local wildlife. Especially the Magpie "shitting copiously" I mean that's awesome!
Entertaining but maybe a warning for me at the snort moments as I cycle round Rutland water. I'm sure a few people thought I was nuts as I went up one hill!
Tomorrow is my birthday. I told my daughters that if you mentioned any of their answers on your podcast today, they could choose the flavor of my birthday cake. But if you mentioned my answer, then I would choose the flavor of my cake. Thank you! I won!

Thank you so much for the shout out Dan, I really appreciate it 😋
And. We need to see the suit!

Based on your slightly sinister laugh, I imagine you're the 'good' kind of trouble, tame or not. And now, off to the pub!
Thank you for that!

That apple bite though…🤔
Why not publish books similar to the Story of the Tailor and Three Dead Kings but with lesser known Medieval tale?
